Who pays return postage?
The store and customer each cover 50% of return postage, unless applicable law requires the store to cover more.
How long does refund processing take?
We process refund requests within 3 calendar days after receiving the request. Bank or payment provider posting times may be longer.
Are these the exact product photos?
